New York City, NY -- August 31, 2007

Reading On a Snowy Night, by Debbie Macomber. Her favorite books are by Danielle Steele.

If she were to write her own book? It would be a romance set in New York City.

She gets books at the library, finishes, gives them back—libraries are cheap and gold.

Recently she’s been reading Science Fiction. She reads books first in Spanish then in English if she can find them both in same language. She’s read some of Gabriel García Márquez’s poetry in both languages back and forth.

She lives in Queens about 15-20 minutes from Manhattan in a quiet neighborhood. It’s wonderful. She used to live in a small town in Ecuador and when she goes back to visit, she misses New York! Here, in New York there are different people from different countries.
