Reading The Dogs of Babel, by Carolyn Parkhurst. It’s not what she thought it was going to be about. It's about how dogs think. It's about a man teaching a dog how to talk so he can learn how his wife died. It opened up a whole new look at a dog’s life. There’s a lot more than what’s on the surface, she said.
She doesn’t have a favorite book, though she likes the author Harlan Coben, who writes mystery suspense.
